Exercise

Well....its early evening, and I am just returning from the gym. I had a session with Leah we worked on my bat wings....I know I will be sore tomorrow. I also walked a couple of miles on the tread mill. I need to work my way up to a couple of miles on the eliptical. I am just not strong enough, or my endurance is not what it should be at my age. UGHHH
On a positive note, yesterday I topped off my 40 POUND weight LOSS!!!! I have worked hard for that loss. I know I need 40 more....so send me well wishes and self control when it comes to my favorite love....CARBS.
